Why choose comcen?

Phishing/Spam email: UPDATED 10/09/09

It has come to our attention there are emails circulating, claiming to be from Comcen and asking customers to verify their password information via an included web address. These emails are NOT legitimate mail from us and should be simply discarded.

We will never ask you to visit a website outside our network to update any of your sensitive information. You can do this yourself at any time through our My Account section from the Comcen website.

You will notice in these emails that the grammar is poor and that there is typically an impersonal signature. These factors combined are usually good indicators that the message is a hoax. There are a few variations of these types of spam, which have a similar purpose or request. If you are ever in doubt please forward this message to one of the email addresses on our website.
