Please be advised that this modem is not recommended for customers in Rural areas as it only supports the 2100MHz frequency. For Macintosh users, the E220 wireless modem requires you to install the device with the CD included in the package.

- Microsoft Windows 7 32bit (E169 and E160E)
- Microsoft Windows Vista 32bit (E220, E169 and E160E) & Vista 64bit (E160E and E169 only)
- Microsoft Windows XP Professional (SP1, SP2, SP3) - XP 64bit is NOT supported
- Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition (SP1, SP2, SP3) - XP 64bit is NOT supported
- Microsoft Windows 2000 (SP3, SP4)
- Macintosh OSX10.4 or above (Software/Firmware may be required for some models of modem). Mac OSX10.6 is NOT supported with the E169 and E220 at this stage.
