- 39 cent call connection fee applies to all non-local calls.
- Timed calls are billed in 30 second increments.
- Standalone phone services are on a non-contractual basis.
- There is no need to notify your current phone provider of your transfer to Comcen, we will do it for you (just ask them for a final invoice after the service is transferred to us).
- Comcen's telephone service is available Nationwide.
- After the cap time has passed you will be charged at the nominated rate.
- All phone caps are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- It costs $37.40 to change your phone number.
- Bundled discounts are not applicable for all services.
- All phone plans come with standard features and you have the ability to add additional features.
- Special service calls (such as operator-assisted services and information calls), 190 calls, telecard calls, and data calls are not part of the Included calls.
- If you are changing to an ADSL2+ bundle some features may not be compatible.
